Dhaka, 03 November: Annual Science Fair-2018 of Bangladesh International School & College (BISC) concludes today Saturday (03-11-2018) at the premises of this institution located at New DOHS, Mohakhali, Dhaka. Brig. Gen. Md. Ashikuzzaman, ndc, afwc, psc, G  Director,  Artillery Directorate, Army Headquarters, Dhaka Cantonment and Chairman, Governing Body, BISC was present as the Chief Guest. Mrs. Nahid Niaz Shilu as special guest and Col. Md. Anisur Rahman Chowdhury, psc (Retd), Principal were present on the occasion.

Three esteemed adjudicators Dr. Mustak Ibn Ayub, Assistant Professor, Dept of Engineering & Biotechnology, University of Dhaka, Dr. Saika Ahmed, Assistant Professor, Dept of Chemistry, University of Dhaka and Dr. Ratan Chandra G, Associate Professor, Dept of Physics, University of Dhaka came on 2nd November 2018 to adjudicate the three best projects out of 48 projects on various fields. Most of the projects were on current issue to help the mankind like Industrial waste water management, Floating House: Surviving Flood, Inductive Charging Roads, A smart Gadget for Blind People and Autonomous Robot (Search, Rescue, Spy & Monitoring). Amongst 48 projects “Automatic Electromagnetic charging roads” and “Aero Piezo” selected as best projects. The coordinators of the science fair were Ms. Mahbooba Shafi and Mr. Animesh Samundh.

At the end of the programme the Chief Guest distributed prizes among the students for the best projects. The students, the invitees along with guardians enthusiastically enjoyed the innovative science projects of the mini scientists of BISC. Mentionable that the Science fair started on 2nd  November 2018.
